The wait is over! This episode we talk to four comedians about performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the world’s largest arts festival. We get perspectives from new and veteran comics, musical comedians and visitors from outside the UK.
Our guests on the podcast include:
- Dan Antopolski is a three-time Perrier nominee and has done the Edinburgh Festival for 10 years. He also won the 2009 Dave Award for the Funniest Joke of the Fringe. Dan is currently taking his 2010 Edinburgh show ‘Turn of the Century’ on tour around the UK.
- Paul B. Edwards is a veteran musical comedian, who returned to the Edinburgh Festival this year with his first solo Fringe show in 13 years. Paul also hosts his own long-running podcast, Punky Radio.
- Abigoliah Schamaun is a young comedian and yoga instructor from New York, she was also a finalist in the 2010 Funny Women competition.
- Jay Foreman is a talented musical comic and a five-year veteran of the festival.
